Forest Plan Revision Process

The Carson NF is revising our current forest plan to address needed management changes so that the forest can provide forest resources and benefits for present day use and future generations. We have completed an early draft plan, including alternatives. An official draft plan and draft environmental impact statement will be released soon. We will be asking the public to provide formal comments on both.
