Join the Fire Adapted New Mexico learning network (FACNM), New Mexico State University extension, New Mexico State Forestry, Mora County, and local experts from the Sierra Bonita FD for an interactive workshop about the recent RX Fire Act (HB 57) and pile burning practices in general. The event will feature classroom-based learning about pile burning in the morning with field visits in the afternoon.

This event is free to the public and lunch will be provided. Masks and social distancing will be required indoors.
